A CPD evening event for teachers examining different ways of exploring and teaching the power of women in the medieval world, through the use of material culture, powerful classroom-ready examples and approaches to primary sources.

With members of the Teaching Medieval Women project:

  • Jonathan Phillips (Professor of Crusading History at Royal Holloway, University of London)
  • Natasha Hodgson (Associate Professor in History and Director of the Centre for Research in History, Heritage and Memory Studies at Nottingham Trent University)
